Your responsibilities would include:
- Independent planning, management and execution of all interactive processes for our customers
- Onboarding of new Clients
- Contact person in all management and support activities for clients
- Proactive consultancy and development of our client`s fund projects
- Analyses and reporting based on client needs
- Risk assessments and documentation
- Implementation of process optimization projects and redesign business processes
- Development next level of investment and reporting tools
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A Master/Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration with a strong focus on Finance and/or Controlling
- Min. of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of alternative investments or financial services in Germany
- Demonstrated Expertise in fund accounting, international valuation standards, reporting and performance measurement
- Strong Experience with automation processes, databases and / or accounting software
- Experience in the areas of regulatory compliance and with legal and taxation topics
- Analytical and performance-oriented thinking
- High degree of customer orientation, strong communication skill
- Strong Project Management skills and strong preference to work in teams
- Innovative and entrepreneurial personality
- Proficiency in German and English languages is a must
