priority and takes the evolution of the COVID-19 very seriously.
After monitoring the advice from the German Federal Ministry of Health and recommendations issued by
regulatory and other competent authorities, we have decided to implement certain safeguards and
triggered internal business continuity plans to guarantee for the health and safety of our employees and
partners, as well as the continuation of our business efforts.
From March 16 we encourage our personnel to work remotely. Where the presence of an individual in the
office is required, we are taking the appropriate steps to assure prudent social distancing and other
continuity objectives. Business travels, as well as other activities with an increased risk of contraction
have been reduced to an absolute minimum. All in-person meetings will be replaced into video conferences calls.
